COVID19_Patchy Consolidations

Presentation

Chest wall including ribs are normal without evidence of bone destruction. Right upper zone, bilateral middle and lower zones are involved by peripheral and central pneumonitis that shows patchy consolidations due to COVID-19 corona virus involvement. Right lung involvement is dominant. Aorta (ascending, arch, descending) and main brachiocephalic branches are normal. Pulmonary hilar structures, trachea, S.V.C and esophagus didn't show abnormality. Costo - phrenic sulci are clear. No pleural effusion is seen
