COVID19-Discrete Hazy Focal Small Pneumonitis

Presentation

Chest wall including ribs are normal without evidence of bone destruction. Discrete hazy focal small pneumonitis are seen in periphery of all zones and both lung fields in favor of COVID-19 or corona virus pneumopathy. Aorta (ascending, arch, descending) and main brachiocephalic branches are normal. Pulmonary hilar structures, trachea, S.V.C and esophagus didn't show abnormality. Costo - phrenic sulci are clear. No pleural effusion is seen.
